License help

NotifyDock Pro is £12 once. A key works on up to 3 PCs at a time and includes every 1.x update. You activate it inside the NotifyDock app; there's no account and nothing to manage in a browser.

Activate Pro

1. Install NotifyDock from the release page, if you haven't already. Pro unlocks in the same app; there's no second download.
2. Open NotifyDock's settings from its tray icon.
3. Go to the License tab, paste your key and click Activate.

Activation needs an internet connection once. After that Pro works offline. When you're online, NotifyDock checks in with our license server about once a day, so a key that has been refunded, disputed or freed from that PC stops working. Being offline never switches Pro off.

Find your license key

After you pay, your key is shown on the thank-you page and emailed to the address you paid with. Search your inbox, and your junk folder, for “Your NotifyDock Pro license key”.

Still can't find it? Email [email protected] from the address you paid with and we'll send it again. Don't post your key publicly: anyone with it can activate it.

Moving to a new PC, or all 3 PCs used

Each key can be active on 3 PCs at a time. To use it on a different PC, free your PCs:

1. Open notifydock.me/reset and enter your key.
2. We email a confirmation link to the address you paid with. It works once, for 24 hours.
3. Once you confirm, every PC using the key is freed: each one loses Pro the next time it's online. Then activate the key again on up to 3 PCs.

You can free your PCs once every 30 days. You can't choose to free just one PC. If you need to do it sooner, email support.

Pro switched off

Pro switches off only when the purchase was refunded or disputed, or the key was freed from that PC. The License tab in settings shows which. If that looks wrong, email support.

What activation sends

Your key and a hashed ID of your Windows installation, which lets us count PCs against the limit. Notification content is never sent. Details are in the privacy policy.
