NotifyDock needs Windows 11, 64-bit. It doesn't run on Windows 10.
What to include
- What you expected and what happened instead, and the steps that cause it.
- Your Windows version (press
Win+R, typewinver) and your monitor setup, for example "4K at 150% plus 1080p at 100%". - If you can, the log file
%LocalAppData%\NotifyDock\notifydock.log. It never contains notification text, license keys or email addresses.
License help
Activating Pro, finding a lost key, moving to a new PC and the 3-PC limit are all on the license help page. In short:
- Lost key: search your inbox and junk folder for "Your NotifyDock Pro license key", or email us from the address you bought with.
- New PC or all 3 used: free your PCs at notifydock.me/reset (frees every PC on the key, once every 30 days).
- Pro switched off: only a refund, a dispute or freeing the PC does that, never being offline. The License tab shows which.
Common fixes
Notifications aren't moving
- Open settings from the tray icon and check that Move notifications is on and a monitor is chosen.
- Windows holds notifications back while Do not disturb or focus is on, or while you're playing fullscreen. Those never pop up, so there's nothing to move.
- When several notifications arrive at once, Windows pops up only the first and sends the rest straight to the notification centre.
Rules, history or webhooks aren't working (Pro)
These need Windows notification access. In Windows Settings, open Privacy & security → Notifications and turn on access for apps, including NotifyDock. The Rules tab has a button that opens this page.
Uninstalling
Uninstall NotifyDock from Settings → Apps → Installed apps. Your settings and history stay in %AppData%\NotifyDock in case you reinstall; delete that folder to remove them too.
